Welcome. This page will have information related to the Oakwood Women’s Ministry and the activities they will be hosting.  The focus of the ministry is to engage the women of Oakwood in both interesting and entertaining activities as well as foster spiritual growth and fellowship. The focus of each event is Faith, Fun, and Food. Our hope is to create a fun environment, to grow in faith, and of course we would not be Baptist if food wasn’t involved! We look forward to getting to know you and building lasting, faith based relationships. Please note that the women’s ministry is reserved for women 18 and over please. Keep an eye on this page as well as the Events page for events hosted by the ministry and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at

Join the Women’s Ministry on Friday, July 19th under the pavilion for a night of outdoor fun and fellowship with picnic themed potluck menu items.  Picnic Under the Pavilion starts at 6:30pm. Click here to sign up to let us know you are attending and don’t forget to sign up here to let us know what food item you will bring.  Water will be provided but feel free, as always to bring your own non-alcoholic beverage.

 

Join the Women’s Ministry as we host our 3rd Annual Friendsgiving celebration on Friday, November 22nd at 6:30pm at the church. Each year this event has grown and it’s a wonderful opportunity to share thankfulness with a group of Godly women. As always, teen ladies are encourage to attend as well. Join the Women’s Ministry for our final event of 2024 with our Holly Jolly Breakfast and Reindeer Games with White Elephant exchange on Saturday, December 14th at 8:30am at Tri-County Sportsman’s League, 8460 Moon Road, Saline, Michigan 48176.
