“O Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I can’t speak for you! I’m too young!”
The Lord replied, “Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’ for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. And don’t be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you. I, the Lord, have spoken!” Jeremiah 1:6-8
What does it mean to have confidence? As I mentioned previously, I can tend to worry about things and lose focus on what matters. The other day, I had a challenge where for one reason or another, I could not seem to get a project done. There were many distractions that prevented me from working on it, and before I knew it, I was hitting against a deadline.
